Used for the red wine, the Poulsard does not have a strong colour. This light wine like a summer fruit, represents a red for pleasure.
Red fruits and strawberries to wild sloe aromas which will then change to a more “animal” strong taste proper to this variety. A good balance between a fine tanning and a light vivacity.
