The Macvin from the Jura belongs to the mistelles. It is issued from unfermented and non-filtered grape juice assembled with 1/3 Marc from the Jura (the marc itself having 36 months old). Then maturing in demi-muids of 500 liters for 36 months, which confers a perfect mariage beween the softness of the must and the strength of the marc.
